trouble opening remote

I keep getting the following errors in Syslog from the smtp proxy (qmail). It's not like things aren't working it's just a pain to have my logs filling up with this cruft. Every 2 mins there is another entry like this. Ideas? This only started happening 1 or 2 up2Date ago
