Where to set http parent proxy?

Hi, if I enable the http proxy, where is it possible to set the ip/hostname/port of the parent(s) proxy?
Is round robin parents possible?

impossible in WebAdmin. Try to change
/var/chroot-squid/etc/squid.conf-default
Restart the HTTP proxy within WeAdmin.
