ASL and Webmail

We are using Neomail like Webmail, on SuSE 7.0, but when sending mails, these are not scaning. When we used StarOffice or Outlook if they are scaning.

I guess neomail uses another SMTP server, not the ASL relay proxy.

When send a mail with Outlook or StarOffice, in host DMZ(SMTP,WWW,POP), / var/log/mail, shows in relay=x.x.x.x, the IP of the ASL, but when send with Neomail shows relay=wwwrun@localhost.

Rick's answer seems to be correct. You must either configure NeoMail, or its host's mail system to use the ASL as a smart host.
