How can i increase Squid's cache size?

Hello all,

ASL created a 6,5Gb partition for Squid, but it never reaches maximum size...
I run ASL the last 2 months, everyone in my network uses this proxy to view web pages, but the size does not exceed 10-15%..

/dev/hda8 6412084 817288 5269080 13% /var/chroot-squid

How can i increase Squid's cache size?

lewis,
remember: for every cached object you need a (ca.) 100 byte RAM tag ...
For 6 GB squid cache you should have at least 256MB RAM...
