How to Scan In/Out messages for Viruses with NO Internal E-Mail Server

Let's assume a LAN configuration that does not have a MAIL server. Say that, all the internal users use ISPs (third party on Internet) mail server and connect to it via Astaro Firewall.  In this scenario, how would the SMTP Proxy scan all the In/Out messages for Viruses??? It would NOT right?

What are the ways to accomplish this?

What are everyones thoughts for using FETCHMAIL to route everything via SMTP, thus forcing it to scan for Viruses.

    when clients connect directly to your ISPs mailserver(s), mails will not be scanned. Right!

    using fetchmail is a possible solution: not very nice - but it works. you need an internal server that runs fetchmail, and some kind of smtp and imap server. fetchmail gets all mails from a multidrop mailbox on your providers mailserver, sends them to your asl box, which scans the mails and routes them to your mail server. 
    when you configure your clients to use your fw as smtp-server you can also scan internal and outgoing emails - if there is a possibility to say the asl-box to relay for all domains (i don't know this yet - i'll have to check it; does anybody know ? [maybe *]).
    but be careful: just allow connects from the internal interface (relaying from the internet is not so nice  [;)]  ).

    To the second part of your posting:

    It is possible to use "*" for outgoing mails with the effect, you don't see it in webmin.
