Proxy server filling up.

My Astaro http proxy server seems to want to grow and grow.  Is this supposed to happen ?
If not, what could be wrong ?  Please be specific as I am not a Squid guru.

There are currently 242091 objects in the cache and it's chewing a fair bit of RAM.

I am running version 1.824 of Astaro

    Hi,
    I had the same problem. Seems that the installer calculated the wrong size for the squid-cache.

    Have a look at "df -h" what the physical size of your squid partition is. Then change the cache size in  /var/chroot-squid/etc/squid.conf-default and restart squid via WebAdmin.

    How does this help ? Proxy size seems to be a % of total disk.
    Is there a way to specify the max number of objects to hold in cache ?
