I am using the http proxy and trying to get an application that connects to a time server on the internet and sets the correct time. The time server app has an option to use http proxy and I have it checked and put in the same ip and port address that I use for Internet Explorer to browse. But it will not connect. The app is called Atomtime and can be tried for free from www.atomtime.com. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get this to work?
