HTTP Proxy Timeout ???

Hello All

Hopefully this question isn't answered somewhere I have not looked. But I'm looking for a way for my HTTP proxy authentications to expire. I.E., if a user has been inactive for 30+ minutes their authorization expires and requires them to re-authenticate.
