Squid http post maximum

Hello, I am having somes problems, When I try to post a file via an http form through the squid proxy server that is over 1 mb in size, the proxy cancels it.

I have tried to change the setting in the squid.conf file for request_boby_max_size but it still doesn't seem to help, and if I disable and then enable the proxy server it seems to reset all the settings.

Please let me know if there is a way I can get this to work properly.

Hi,

You have to change the file "squid.conf-default" in "/var/chroot-squid/etc.

Then restart squid via http-admin.

Thanks, that seems to have worked, But now I am having problems with the server caching flash swf files when they have been changed on the server, any easy fix for this?
