Squid HTTP Handoff and Cache Peers

The ability to configure squid peers is one requirement I have. 

I have had to manually edit the squid.conf-default file to add cache peers, aswell as modify the ACL list so that requests are NOT able to go direct, ie, all requests HAVE to come from a "cache_peer".

This is important for people that do firewall to firewall and/or proxy chaining. Also for people who get a cheaper per mb data rate from upstream proxies.

I am running 1.8, there might be this option in newer versions... but I cant upgrade anyways.
