smtp proxy

G'day/night all !
is there any way to accept all incoming domain for the smtp proxy and create a reject domain file instead of create an "accept incoming file" and reject all others ?

    Actually having a "reject domain" list for the SMTP proxy is a good idea. I would like to be able to reject (for instance) domains such as hotmail, yahoo and other such simly because of the quantity of spam that comes from those domains. OK - I realise that some users would be inconvenianced as not every mail that comes from those domains is spam (but most seem to be)

    To be able to reject yahoo.com with a rejection email would be nice.

    Sean, if you look at most spam with return addresses at lycos, yahoo, hotmail, etc, you will see that is not where it really came from.

    While your filter may reduce the spam, you really should look at ORBS or MAPS for a real solution. http://mail-abuse.org/  http://www.orbs.org/    (oops, orbs is gone  [:(] )

    They both work by providing DNS servers with blacklisted mail relays.
    It looks like MAPS has just started charging for commercial use.

    If you get MAPS setup for ASL, please post your configuration.
