chroot-smtp out of disk space

Does anyone know how to fix this message. I am using a 2 gig drive and have applied all of the updates. I do not use the smtp proxy. I have been deleting any logs I find in
/var/chroot-smtp/var/spool/qmailscan/working/atq

/var/chroot-smtp/var/spool/qmailscan/working/tmp

But this problem keeps happening.

Also my cpu is always running at 100% I think it might be related.
