proxy question

I have an asl with a dmz an internal lan
and the use of the transparent proxy
(asl 1.820)
I have a masquerade for the internal lan
I have a packet rule that allows anything 
from the internal to dmz lan

why people cannot navigate on the dmzided
sites using the names ? seen the dns proxy
is activated and the used dns has the correct ip's ??
