Sophos keeps sending [WARN-032/33] Internet uplink is down/up emails continuously

I have Sophos UTM 9 and as the title of the question i keep getting this error serval times a day and i can't figure out what the problem is.

    Ahlan and welcome to the UTM Community!

    If you're still having this problem, in addition to what Amodin requested, tell us the version of UTM - 9.714?  Also, if this just start happening, did you apply an Up2Date or make any hardware changes?  Speaking of hardware, is the a Sophos SG, a VM or non-Sophos hardware?
