You need to setup how the UTM can deliver the notifications

Isn't only typing the mail address enough, because we have a lot of firewalls but they sent the notifications even when i don't configure the advanced section?

Then how would the UTM know where to send it using what protocol, if you don't tell it where/how to deliver?

I don't know but it doesn't mention about extra setting and we actually reserve mails from do-not-reply@fw-notify.net

You do realize you can also change that e-mail sender address if you have your own domain.  

If you are running your domain mail through UTM, it should then send notifications.
