Master Failure on cluster

Hi i config sophos utm 9.502 on ESXi6 HA after my Master node restart or failed my cluster shutdowned and i can not access my webadmin or ping it whats the problem

It sounds like the Slave node had already shut down. What happens if you restart the instances?

This could also be the security policy on the vSwitch/portgroup.

You must allow promiscuous mode/forged transmits and mac address changes etc.. because on failover it will need to impersonate the virtual mac etc..
