Incoming mails, are frozen and waiting state in SMTP spool

Hi,


I have Sophos UTM 9.413-4, in the SMTP spool, the incoming mails are all in waiting state, looking into the messages i got the next message delivery log:



     Message Delivery Log:
     R=static_route_hostlist defer (-1): remote host address is the local host
     *** Frozen


The only way to release the spool is selecting the e-mails and using the retry option two or three times, then those go out, i have to do this frecuently during the day
is the only way that it works.

How can i correct this error?
