Sophos UTM Spam filter

I already have an email spam filter appliance am using but want to test the Sophos UTM email to see how it works for encryption.  How can I do that for my domain without interrupting my current solution or current mx record?

    I want the ability for my users to send a secure message to someone outside our organization by typing, for instance, in subject line the word SECURE or something else. That part is simple. I want to make it simple for my users and outside users. So I send you an email, you receive the encrypted email and maybe have to login to a portal to view it, then you can reply securely or forward securely. Is this all possible? I have another vendors appliance and that is how it works, but I want to use the Sophos UTM is possible with same features. Is there a way to test it without disrupting my current system.
