sophos quarantine summary

Hello,

Some of our users have several (up to 7) different E-Mail Adresses for the same windows account.
At the moment they get up to 14 quarantine summary mails each day...
is there a possibility to send those sophos quarantine summary bundlet for Active Directory Users instead of E-Mail Addresses?

    The reports can only be send for each Mail Address.

    Not true!



    I bet it's just the one user and that deleting the user object in the UTM and then re-syncing it from AD would solve the problem.
