SMTP AntiSpam - Don't work

We use Shophos UTM 9.3 and E-Mail Server Zimbra. Wie have a public (dynamic) and MX-Record over Dyn DNS. Everything is fine but SMTP Anti Spam. There is no reaction. We still become th Spams.
