Determining attachment mime-types

Still not supported in 9.3?

If I send a renamed .exe file as .txt it still slips through scanning. I thought 9.3 was supposed to determine the mime-type to stop this [:(]

I know it deep scans zip files, but again if I use a fake extension it still sneaks in.

    Are you setting this at Email Protection > SMTP > Antivirus?  
    Are you using the correct format for MIME Type, which is different than file extension. 
     Are the files directly attached to the email or within archives?  I know that file extension won't work in archives, but MIME should.
