Changed one setting and now no Quarantine

Trying to tighten the AntiSpam up a bit, I changed the "Reject at SMTP Time" from "Confirmed SPAM" to "SPAM" and ever since, NOTHING is being quarantined. Things still seem to be blocked, but if you go into the User Portal, the quarantine is empty. This is the only setting I changed. And before anyone asks, YES, the "Spam action" has been and is still set to "Quarantine". I have attached a screenshot of my SMTP settings and I have restarted the UTM, is there anything else I can try?

  • If that's the case (and I'm sure it is because you are THE MAN), why even have a "SPAM Action" to quarantine SPAM? If I move it back to "Confirmed SPAM", do I have any other options to "tighten up" the scoring? I initially changed it because the President of our company was complaining about the amount of SPAM he had been receiving lately.
