Quarantine Customizable message text

Is it possible to create a hyperlink in the "Customizable Message Text" of the Quarantine Report? I currently have the User Portal URL in the text of the Quarantine Report. It would be nice if my users could just click on the URL in the quarantine report and go to the User Portal instead of copying and pasting the address like they currently do.

This report lists all quarantined emails since last report. These are blocked because of spam, virus, bad file extensions, forbidden expressions or delivery errors. For questions please contact your mail administrator.
