astaro and pop3 on outlook

Hello,
I've a problem with my outlook 2010 behind my astaro home. Frequently, when outlook checks for email, it asks me for the username/password; it seems that it doesn't recognize the combination. then I click ok another time and it works. when I move the notebook behind another firewall (untangle), this problem doesn't happen. 
I've tried both pop3 proxy enabled and disabled but same problem.
