Problem with smtp-proxy..

Hi there,

can anyone help me with the following problem, that the smtp-spool is telling me with one email:

R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp defer (110): Connection timed out

the mail got stuck in the smtp-spool.

means that you can't contact gmail in port 25 (SMTP)
Your ISP from now on blocks port 25

If other emails are being sent/received, then this is an issue with the domain in question. If some emails are being delivered to the domain, then they likely have Greylisting active and the mail will be delivered soon. Or, maybe the domain is having a problem.

can you post what is recipient domain or just try to send an email to the same recipient from a gmail or hotmail account, so me and Bob can do a bet

problem is solved!
it was an e-mail with an unroutable DNS-Resolution because of an unknown domain.
