Email Protection Statistics NOT Populated

I have been running Mail Protection for approx. 4 days now and none of the Email Protection Statistics are being populated. Do I have to do something to see that data?

  • if the email comes and goes out, it's a Logging & Reporting probplem
    search in the forum how to rebuild  the log database, BAlfson has a post about this problem
  • In this case, it's a commercial license, so he should contact his reseller to have Support do this.

  • I went to "Logging & Reporting"and then to "Reporting Settings" and noticed that "Email Protection" did NOT have a checkmark next to it. I "checked" it and a few hours later, the statistics started populating. Thanks for all of the suggestions.
