Spam mail and userportal

Hi all
an information,with the smtp proxy configuring and the end user portal enable,come in a mail with spam and this mail is blocking in the recipient mail address from "user1"the ASG can send a mail with thise information to the client so he can look the mail blocked ?
From a customer this don't work,any idea ?
The end user portal work fine and the quarantin report is configured.

  • Yes it work with 2 emails I tested.
    If you visit user-portal before of timed delivery, no report will come because is supposed that you looked the spam

    You have to see or change for test purposes the time when to deliver the report in Quarantine Report
