Hello folks,
Why Astaro doen't have a way to delete ALL
mails from spool given a filter string?

1) Open Mail Manager
2) Go to the SMTP Spool section
3) From the dropdown at the top right, choose the number of messages to display on the page
4) Type in your Sender/Rcpt/Subject substring
5) On the right hand side, choose the messages you want to delete with the checkboxes, either selective or all on the page
6) At the bottom left of the page, choose delete from the dropdown and click the Go button.
One million mails? R00tm4n, do you want the good news or the bad news first? You win the prize for having reported the largest number of quarantined spam emails here. OK, that was both at once. In fact, this may be what's causing the error in your other thread where I just made the same joke.
Disabling/Enabling the SMTP Proxy won't delete all those emails. First, fix your Mail Protection configuration: no Transparent mode and only your mail server in 'Allowed Hosts/Networks' on the 'Relaying' tab. I suggest that you force delivery of any possible non-spams, offload a new configuration backup or two, Factory Reset and then do a config restore.
Good luck!
Cheers - Bob
