ASG Vers: 8.304: EMail Encryption with OpenPGP

Our partner use OpenPGP Key with GnuPG v2.0.17 (MingW32). The public key from the partner is imported without problem. Sending to partner works. Received Emails doesn´t worked. We get e.g. *docx.gpg Word Files, which are enrypted.

(It works with other partners, which using Keys with PGP Desktop 9.9.1)

Any ideas?

    If you have a commercial license with support, I suggest starting an official support case with Sophos; not a lot of people use the email encryption feature, so this isn't a very active forum area.
