Rejected: RDNS/HELO (HELO IPv4)

Hallo zusammen,

ich hab ein kleines Problem mit dem Empfang von E-Mails von einer bestimmten Domain. Im SMTP Log steht folgende Meldung

Rejected: RDNS/HELO (HELO IPv4)

Es gibt ja eie ähnliche Meldung mit (RDNS missing) - mich irritiert hier das IPv4. Der RDNS ist korrekt und wird sauber in beide Richtungen aufgelöst.

Hat jemand eine Idee woran dieses HELO IPv4 liegen könnte?

As usual, I can read everything just fine, but my German-speaking brain isn't working! [;)]

At the bottom of the 'Anti-Spam' tab, make sure that 'Do strict RDNS checks' is not enabled. If it is not, then the only answer would be that that domain has a problem. If you trust it, and it offers some other validation (SPF or DKIM), then the easiest thing would be to create an exception to skip RDNS checks for the domain.
