How to release quarantine Spam via the WAN side?

When i get a Quarantine email message i can click on the release link but nothing happen. When i try the link from LAN network it works...

How do i release spam email not only from the LAN side but over the internet WAN side?

    How stupid from me, i totally never looked at the advanced tab...
    Tnx for your help added the Any network and it workes like a charm!
