What does bounced mean?

So in the mail manager --> SMTP log I see some emails that say "bounced" where rejected or delivered usually is. 

Can someone tell me what bounced means?

    You should be able to get the details in the SMTP log file since it most likely was bounced by the Astaro.  If not, the mail server log should show you.
