James, I just checked the public MX record for your domain. Your Astaro receives all emails on a single IP - the one from which you posted above (moderators can see the IP of posters).
If you wanted to enable load-balanced delivery/receipt for both connections, that's possible. It's also possible to configure with two ISPs for fail-over.
