Avira - failed to get scanner instance

Today I saw in the proxy log messages from Avira "failed to get scanner instance". 

I found some information in the board to install pattern manually or reboot the system - nothing helps - messages are still there.

Installed pattern: 24216

    Turn off av in web filter and ftp and smtp....reboot....reenable av...reboot....then try launching a msnual update....if you still have issues if you have support contact them....if you don't make a config backup and reinstall
