Medical Dictionary

We're looking at upgrading our Astaro appliance and it turns out that it is cheaper to license FullGuard. If we could move our mail filtering to Astaro as well that would make the price tag of a new appliance easier to swallow.

BUT, does anyone know if Astaro's mail filtering has a medical dictionary? Besides spam, we use our mail filter to stop any potential PHI (personal health information: ie SSN, medical words, etc.).

    Can you explain your needs a bit more with regard to this comment?  Inbound or outbound PHI, communication with patients or medical professionals - sometimes allowed and sometimes not?
