Any way to import Users for Mail Encryption?

As I know there is no way to use a wildcard domain wide certificate to handle the mail encryption.

So is there a way to import users e.g. from an Active Directory for the Mail Encryption? I know how to prefetch users from AD but using for encryption?

I can not create more than 100 users manually for encryption - it would be a big rubbish.

    Once you prefetch the users from AD into Astaro that's useful for everywhere in Astaro.

    But I need that users in the "Internal Users" Tab of the Encryption. How to do that?

    ughh...that is an issue.  I would head to feature.astaro.com and add that to the feature list.  why you can just grab users form the existing userlist is a definite shortcoming.

    tomtomtom, maybe you could tell us what you're trying to accomplish.  Unless you have a giant company, I'm surprised that you would need special encryption for over a hundred users.  As it is, all messages are encrypted with TLS when transiting between two MTAs.

    A client asked for encryption in his company. They want to use the encryption for certain users and this are not only 10, so we need an easy way for creating or importing that users.

    Ah, OK - I think you have an excellent Feature suggestion - be able to create multiple encryption users from a Backend Group instead of a single one at a time.  I don't see how that could be done easily in the same way it's done with SSO in the Web Proxy, but it wouldn't hurt to ask for that, too.

    Today, you'll have to add each one individually.
