Antivirus and spyware

Hi there,
Running Astaro 320 security gateway with network security and web security. In my reports astaro never shows me that it has blocked any virus or spyware, antivirus and spyware always show 0. what could be reason, is any setting needs to be made properly?

nopers. Everything is fine. The ips usually grabs things as well before it gets to the http proxy. I had one client get a virus with just a router but since putting the Astaro in place nothing has gotten through. I take comfort the Astaro is blocking things at the firewall/ips level now before it even gets to the a/v engines....but i'm not going to reccomend them dropping the web security just for the ad blocking which is where many attacks come through now.
