ctasd reports 'Confirmed'

Hi all,

Lately we upgraded Astaro to 7.511. Since then we receive complaints from people trying to mail us regarding that their email is rejected and returned with the following error:

550 Administrative prohibition (in reply to end of DATA command)> #SMTP#

On our side the SMTP logs show the following information: ctasd reports 'Confirmed' and a little further: rejected after DATA

Strange thing is that only a few email-adresses we have are affected.

How can we find out the cause of the rejected emails? The website of Commtouch and MXtoolbox both do not report any trouble.

It's unusual that Astaro folks post here outside of the beta forums, so count yourself as lucky that your first post got a quick answer from Angelo. [;)]

I kept our Mail Security clients at 7.511 until 8.203 - about six weeks ago. We saw no such problems, and I don't recall any complaints here from others.
