RBL or Relay Exceptions not working?

I am having various problems with some mail getting dropped due to being in a RBL but even when I uncheck "Use recommended RBL's" or add the ip and hostname to "Upstream Hosts/Networks" or even as an host/ip in an "Exceptions" rule, the mail still gets bounced with the following (below)?

Where/how can I put in an exception for certain hosts which might be (temporarily) listed in an RBL?

  • Certainly, you could create an exception, but the better answer is for your correspondant to put in Astaro Mail and Network Security. [;)]
