mail not received

We use groupwise 8 and Astaro 7.
Astaro mail manager shows  mail Delivered.
Still the groupwise mailbox user receives the mail not. 

Where can I find the incomming mail.
Is it possible to download it from the Astaro Mail manager?

    In Mail Manager, on the SMTP Spool tab, do you see these mails?  If so, then there may be an issue with your Groupwise.

    I see delivered in the SMTP log , spool is empty.
    We can receive mail in groupwise without any problem except this one.
    Tried several times attachement size is 7MB.
    We can receive 20MB mails with groupwise.
    Just want to know if there is a way to download it from Astaro V7.511

    If the SMTP log on the Astaro says that it was delivered, then it is no longer on the Astaro.  What do the Groupwise logs say about the message?

    After Astaro we use gwava to check groupwise mail.
    But also nothing to find in the log script.
    I think the user mailbox exceeded groupwise storage space and then removed groupwise trash.

    Ahhh - my old setup (ASG, GroupWise, GWAVA - we had that until end of October this year). I think first log to check should be the logfile of the GWIA process - GWAVA scans the MTA mails but ASG sends to the GWIA first and GWIA sends to MTA (and then GWAVA scanns the mail). In the past we had some mails that could not be prcesed by GWIA and ended up in the problem directory of GWIA.

    No - the GWIA has his own problem directory. You have to look from where GWIA ist startet - somewhere in that directory stucture there is a directory called 'Problem' - in that directory the GWIA process stores mails that he cannot handle. GWIA has also his own logfile - you can check that for entries.

    Btw: My knowlegde comes from GW7.03 - isn't there a GWIA in GW8 anymore?

    yes there is a GWIA with version 8 only I cannot find the "problem" folder
