Mails waiting in smtp spool for looong time

Hi all,
  I have astaro 220 version 8.202,
I have a problem that when I send an email to specific domain mails address the email is waiting in smtp pool for long time reach to 2 day,
this happen only when i send mails with attachment,
although that when i send the same mail to another mails in different domains the mail sent succefully.
When I upgraded the version to 8.203 the problem still occur and no change.
I searched the smtp logs and i found the below:

I need your help because the domain at which the above problem occur is for very important customer.

    if the same email has no attachment problems with other domains like you are saying, is not your problem. check the ping with domain who has this problem or telnet on port 25

    There is no problem in the connectivity to this domain as I can send email without attachment without problems.
    I wonder what can cause this long delay in delivering mails with attachment sized up to 1M to up-to 5 receptions in the same domain."only one specific domain that has this delay","the delay reach to more than 24 hours".
    I tried to send the same mail to yahoo and hotmail receptions without any delay.
