Mails waiting in smtp spool for looong time

Hi all,
  I have astaro 220 version 8.202,
I have a problem that when I send an email to specific domain mails address the email is waiting in smtp pool for long time reach to 2 day,
this happen only when i send mails with attachment,
although that when i send the same mail to another mails in different domains the mail sent succefully.
When I upgraded the version to 8.203 the problem still occur and no change.
I searched the smtp logs and i found the below:

I need your help because the domain at which the above problem occur is for very important customer.

    Maybe disabling tcp window scaling under network security / firewall / advanced may help.

    This behaviour happens sometimes, if your isp or firewalls or router in front of the ASG does not support window scaling. This also may affect websurfing via Webproxy, which may respond sometimes very slow...

    Pls give feedback, if this helped....

       Thanks for your reply,
    I disabled the  tcp window scaling , but this did not affect at all, the mail stills in the smtp pool until now , it make now 3 day and only two mails successfully delivered to its reception,
    I will test its effect in the performance of the websurfing and reply to you ASAP.
    but I found today the traffic sourced from the ip of the mail server at which the issue happen with source port 25  to the ip of ASTARO external interface is dropped by default , so i configure a PF rule to allow these traffics so these traffics passed through the ASTARO successfully ,BUT the mails still in the smtp pools.
    I retried to resend it from mail manager but no luck.
    So if you have any other suggestions please send them to me.
