Whitelisting not working in 8.203?

So my wife is on a mailing list.  The emails are from "Improvements Catalog" .  She complains that 'release&whitelist' doesn't keep subsequent ones from being quarantined.  I have added the above sender to the explicit global whitelist, with and without '*' at the front (not sure if the '*' is needed for pattern matching), and it doesn't help - still getting quarantined?

  • In 'Mail Security >> Mail Manager', you can open the Mail Manager and look at the 'SMTP Log' tab to find a reason for quarantining.  If that's not enough, then please post the log lines from the regular log file.
