Spurious error from Mail Manager?

Running 8.202 here. When I go to the Mail Security page and click on the button to access the Mail Manager, occasionally (every 4 or 5 times maybe?) I get an error "Permission denied to access the Mail Manager". A retry so far has worked every time.

I get it too. It's another bug.

Same here, but not just intermittently - I get it every first time I try to open the Mail Manager after my previous session has expired. A retry works successfully every time. I started noticing it with 8.202, and it persists with 8.203.

This appears to be fixed for 8.300. Currently in Release Candidates phase.
