does AMG forward delivery status notifications?

Hello,

We have a AMG1000 as our mail gateway. On a Linux server we have a postfix mail server. When we ask for a DSN (delivery status notification) in a mail then we get a "relayed" DSN from postfix. No further DSN's are received. Does the AMG1000 forward the DSN request to the destination mailserver? Why don't we get a DSN from the destination mail server? We know the destination mailserver supports DSN's.

    I'm not cleared for your question, but yes ASG forwards all the emails (postfix is treated like a normal mail) You can do test with other mail servers for example send an email to qwertyuops@gmail.com 

    some mail servers disable the postfix reply for security reasons (viruses that query for valid mailboxes)

    Actually, I'm curious about this as well, because I can no longer seem to receive proper DSN from receiving hosts, and I'm thinking maybe the Astaro (mine is an ASG 8.202) is somehow filtering these out, but I can't see anything in the logs that would indicate it is.
