ASG v8.202- We are setup using the pop3 proxy now and all mail is flowing including the spam that is listed in the mail manager. Prefetch is enabled and is set to delete quarantined mail from the mail server but spam is still coming through.
Our biggest problem is spam to our group email sales. Sales@domain.com from our ISP is set to forward to 8 email addresses and not to keep a copy on the sales mail account. I am seeing confirmed spam in the mail manager but it is still being received by the 8 mail clients. I thought if it was quarantined it would not release them. What am I doing wrong?
Is it all my mail client settings? We have office XP Outlook and Thunderbird clients.
