SMTP quarantine cleanup?

Okay, maybe this is a silly question, but I just scanned the entire 8.200 PDF and saw nothing on this.  Is there anything that periodically expires/cleans the quarantine, or will it just get bigger and bigger if no-one looks at it?

    There are settings for the periodic deletion of the oldest spam quarantine items...   In the WebAdmin, go to Mail Security / Mail Manager / Configuration Tab...
