I have mails marked as spam mails in the POP3 quarantine manager.
When I check the mails and select 'Release and report as false positive' and then click the 'Go' button at the bottom of the screen, a refresh of the screen is done but the mails are neither released to the intended recipient nor are they removed from the POP Quarantine Manager list.
What can I do to resolve the problem?
