POP3 Proxy: getting error [170]

We are using the POP3 Proxy in prefetch mode. Every few days or weeks we get an error like this:

11-09-12 07:35:27 0006:  USER blah@blah.com

The log file says:

2011:09:12-07:35:27 router pop3proxy[444]: Warning: Mail 0/17312-1-1315560991 not local, but no cluster configured

The message is stored in the database (table messages) but not in the spool directory (/var/chroot-pop3/var/spool/0). After deleting the message from the table everything is fine again and we can fetch our mail.

We don't know the reason for this problem. Perhaps it's a subsequent error of the bug I described here.

Any ideas?
