Spam Filter cannot query database servers

Is there at the moment a problem with the database?
I get the message "Spam Filter cannot query database servers" every hour.

I have installed ASG 8.103 Home-User.

    I'm from Austria and my connection is a business adsl with now limits at the firewall of the ISP.
    The connection is online and all other things work (http-proxy, ...)
    At the moment i try to reboot the maschine, maybe it help to fix the problem.
